IT Help Desk Technician Primary Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities: 

Level one representative specialized help

Worker workstations PC and Mac

Meeting room arrangements

Printers (care and bolstering just as investigating)

Programming investigating (Including MS Office, Testing programming, Adobe items)

Programming permit the board

React to pertinent observing framework cautions as essential asset, convey issues as suitable inside

Look after documentation

Arrangement representative gadgets

Record the executives

Helping with onboarding new representatives, worker moves


Experience: Entry level desk jobs

At any rate 2 years of IT/helpdesk involvement with a generation domain

Windows 7/10 investigating experience required

TCP/IP Network investigating

A/V experience, including meeting room arrangement, investigating

Experience investigating individualized computing equipment

Experience arranging printers

Involvement in VOIP/PBX Phone frameworks

Experience performing client the board by means of LDAP or MS Active Directory


Abilities:
